This summer we traveled to the Colorado Springs area with our older son's cross country team; not to race but as a team builder. What the team did was to hike up and down Pike's Peak via the Barr Trail, a total of 26 miles! I only made it half-way, but you'd have to be in pretty good shape to keep up with those kids!
The team was there 3 days but we stayed a few more to take in all of the many and lovely sights. We were so impressed that we wouldn't mind moving there!
